Rise is very instrumental in my quest for having a work-life balance. It helped me achieve a healthier lifestyle, physically and mentally. I joined not because I want to attain a certain “look”. I joined because I want to be healthy, in all aspects of my life. Coming from a family with different health issues, I want to do what I can to avoid spending a lot of resources on hospital bills later on in life. Our Active Living sessions are designed as a great workout for getting fit, building strength, increasing metabolism and endurance. A coach will not only guide you through it but also motivate, keep you accountable, and ensure optimal progress.
